Obituary of Nancy Lee Crane

Nancy Lee Crane, 77 passed away on February 5th at her home in Simi Valley. Nancy lived most of her life in Glendale, CA before moving to the San Fernando Valley and ultimately Simi Valley. A memorial service will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home on March 7th at 1:30 pm with Paul Brown, of The Bridge Bible Fellowship, officiating. Nancy was born in Arkansas City, Kansas on June 28,1937. She moved with her family to Glendale, CA at the age of 4. She attended school through Junior High School before becoming disabled at the age of 15. She lived her entire life surrounded and supported by family and friends. Nancy was loved by everyone she met and her smile brought happiness to all of those around her. Nancy is survived by her sister and brother-in law, Jeanne & Bob Dudley, and her brother-in-law, Earl Ziegler. Her nephews and wives, Mike & Brenda Cannon, Dennis & Linda Cannon, and Dan & Tina Ziegler. Her nieces Carol Gage, Elizabeth Dudley and Cindy Crane. Her nieces and husbands Cheryl & Kelley Barcus and Ashley & Brian Rice. Her great nieces and husbands Jennifer & Steve Jones, Jamie & Scott Kometz and Nicole & Jeremy Clark. Her great nephews Jim Cannon, Ronnie Cannon and Matthew Gage. Her great nephew and wife Blake & Loren Barcus. Her great nieces Chadney Barcus, Brooke Cannon, Kristen Reim, Jossalyn Rice and Charlotte Rice. Her great great nieces Payton Jones, Reagan Kometz, and Casey Jones. Her great great nephew Alex Clark. Nancy is also survived by her cousin Eva Kay Smith and many friends. Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Gene & Marie Crane, her grandparents Bill & Evalina Lewis and Ila and Clea Denney, her sister & husband Betty & Chuck Spiegel, her sister Barbara Ziegler, her brother Earl Crane, her Aunt & Uncle Helen & Walter Frazee and many other family members. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to everyone for their thoughts and prayers.
