Obituary of Jason Allen Wagner

Obituary for Jason Wagner March 24, 1969 to February 23, 2017 Jason went to sleep on February 22, and he did not awaken on February 23. Our loss is immeasurable, and his passing was totally unexpected. Our family will never be the same without our kind, generous “gentle giant.” Jason had many struggles in life, which he overcame. He would help any person needing a hand. Sadly, because of his giving nature, he was often trusting of people who took advantage of his kindness. He delighted in saving to buy Christmas gifts for his family, and he was a kid at heart until the end, with a great sense of humor. Jason was a long time resident of Oxnard, and he lived at different locations over the years. The coastal climate was for him, and he wore his flip flops and shorts year round. He lived in Ventura County his entire life. He loved the Ventura County Fair, rock concerts, cards, backgammon, and Magic Mountain. He was a huge animal lover and rescuer, and would not turn his back on one in need. He adored his Grandmother, Clara Arbeau, who preceded him in death. He leaves his grieving Mother, Jeri Miller; Stepfather, David Miller; Half Brother and best friend Luke Miller. We pray that he is with his Grandmother and all of the beloved pets in a special mansion which the Lord set aside for them.
