"May Jehovah, the Father of tender mercies be with you all as you mourn, losing a loved one is so hard to bear. I pray hope from God's Word will strengthen and comfort you through the emptiness loss can bring. Better days are soon to come when God brings an end to death and tears, It Is His promise." As young boy Uncle Jeff was so cool, wild and funny
..
I truly loved seeing what he was up to, never a dull moment, always colorful conversation that just cracked me up
..
I think he was the first grown up that cursed in front of me very openly! hahah
..
I actually found it very refreshing, honest and realized he was a raw human with it all out on his sleeve
..
that was Jeff, confident and what you see is what you get, I hadnt seen that before
..
he had given me a slight insight to a free wheelin, fun lovin life adult
..
it broke open that it’s not so serious out there! along with a couple other incredible uncles and aunts it made me a very true to life, simple and stick with the heart kind of kid and now adult
..
getting to my Grandmas in the summer and seeing his awesome Bronco parked on the grass out front would be very exciting! what was Uncle Jeff up to
..
some great memories I hold very close to my heart
..
going to miss you very much dude !

Condolences to Jeffs family from myself and all of the Hartigan family - may he rest in peace. The Hartigans and the Laurinos have a long history going back to the early 1960's. From catholic school , Knights of Columbus , little league , Venice high, the Gorilla's softball team and to our Gorilla golf tournament where he was a multiple champion - he will surely be missed.
We will be having a tribute to Jeff at this years tournament.

Very sorry to hear about Jeffs passing. Sincerest condolences to all family and friends.
Really this breaks my heart that cancer got him.
I worked with Jeff at Coyne Roofing and Culver City Roofing off and on for about 11 years.
When you work with someone day in day out for that long you really get to know each other.
We did get some party time in outside of work and a few water skiing trips.
I can’t forget the first job I worked with Jeff. 1981.
Just the two of us the boss sent to shingle a two story apartment building on Venice blvd near Wade. It happened to be the apartment building next door to the one I lived in. With my girlfriend.
So i’ve got my head down and working away because I was trying to keep up with Jeff. He was a much better shingler than I was. So i’m working away and I hear Jeff on the other side of the roof (i can’t see him) say oh damn hey Stu in kind of an urgent tone. Hurry up he says. I hear him catcall someone. He lets out an Aaaawwoo! I come over the ridge just in time to see my girlfriend rollerskating down the street. He looks at me and says wow... and I stop him right there. Laughing I say Hey man that’s my girlfriend!!! Oh...
Sorry Jeff but I had to share.
So yes Jeff and I had some good times. Had some arguments over work stuff but we knew it was just that. Work stuff. Ultimately I am sad to see you go. and deep regrets not keeping in touch. We grew up had families moved apart.
Rest easy old friend.
Stu
