Obituary of John Michael Kruger

John Michael Kruger, 60, of Lake Hughes, CA, passed away December 3, 2019 in Lake Hughes. Funeral service will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home, 4444 Cochran St, Simi Valley, CA 93063 December 14, at 10:00am with Reverend Jay Hendershot officiating. Reception immediately after. Burial will follow 1:30 at Oakwood Cemetery, 22601 Lassen St., Chatsworth, CA 91311. John was born in Culver City, CA to Herb and Barbara Kruger on August 2, 1959. He went to Canoga Park High and graduated in 1977. He worked as a concrete and masonry contractor for the last 40 years. He enjoyed driving in his motorhome cross country and visiting all the National Parks. John also loved camping with family and friends. He has always been a big fan of the Lakers and enjoyed watching the Rams. In 1998, John received the Corner Stone award for a job he did in Bradbury. John is survived by his wife, Kathy, son Steven, daughter Kelly, father Herb, brothers Peter and Daniel, sisters Diane and Amy, many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara and nephew Craig. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all for your support and kind words.
