Obituary of Ali Ashraf Vatandoust
Ali Ashraf Vatandoust, 91, of Sanandaj, Kurdistan passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023, as he was peacefully surrounded by his loving family in Los Angeles, CA.
We are mourning the loss of an amazing father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend, and so much more. Ali Ashraf was an extraordinary man who made a lasting impression on everyone he crossed paths with.
He is survived by his dear sons Mehrdad & Farhad, beloved daughter Mehrnaz (Nazy), grandchildren Mardean, Alan, Melodie, Milan, Ryan, Sam, his brother Ali Akbar, sisters Mahvash and Aghdas, and the countless lives he touched.
Funeral services will be held at Oakwood Memorial Park, 22601 Lassen St. Chatsworth, on Saturday, March 11th, 2023 at 10:00am, followed by a Celebration of Life reception at The Hilton Woodland Hills, 6360 Canoga Ave, Woodland Hills, at 12:00pm.
While his graciousness, humor, zest for life, and unconditional love will be dearly missed, the joy in our hearts will remain forever.
