Obituary of Stanley Howlett

Kenneth Stanley (Stan) Howlett, 76, of Simi Valley CA. passed away on Friday July 17, 2015 in Simi Valley. Visitation and Funeral service will be held at Rose Family Funeral Home 4444 Cochran St. Simi Valley CA. 93063 on July 23. Visitation will begin at 9 am with service to follow at 11 am. Stan was born in Santa Monica CA. to Fred and Helen Howlett on June 18, 1939. He went to Alexander Hamilton High School in Los Angeles CA. He worked as a Foundry Investment Caster for 30 years. A lifelong Southern Californian he enjoyed driving excursions with his family exploring the western and southern United States. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He delighted in repair and preservation of his cars and the comradely he shared with his contemporaries. Stan is survived by his wife of 53 years Louise, son Lance and wife Trish of Cibolo TX., daughter Stacy Howlett of Simi Valley CA., granddaughter Alexis Pritchett and husband Jordon, granddaughter Kirsten Cruz and husband Ruben, great grandsons Colby and Clark Pritchett, brother Stafford Howlett and wife Andrea of Torrance CA., and nephew Steve Howlett. He was preceded in death by his parents.
